This is a long overdue review for Zugell and her team. My wife and I have used Zugell for three transactions - buying our single-family home (September 2020), selling our townhome (November 2020), and selling my deceased mother's condo (April 2026). If you're reading reviews of Howard County (or central Maryland) realtors seriously stop here. Zugell is the GOAT.We absolutely love Zugell. Zugell and her team make the buying and selling process extremely easy and stress-free. This was especially true for us as virtual teachers with young kids in the pandemic. She will meet you where you are - whether you are very hands-on, laid back in your approach, don't know what you're doing, and/or too busy with life/work to oversee everything. She is insanely knowledgable in regards to the processes as well as the market, and will walk you through everything and explain everything in a way you can understand. Zugell is very thorough and detail-oriented in her approach, and she is an excellent communicator - text/email/calls - whatever works for you. She will never pressure you, but will give her honest advice and opinions as needed. Additionally, Zugell is also extremely well connected - if she doesn't have someone in her network, she will find someone - this is literally for anything. If you're worried about getting your home ready for sale, don't; Zugell's got you covered, seriously. She and her team will help you get the home ready for the market no matter what obstacles stand in the way. When buying, Zugell will help you find a home that meets your criteria whether it is a certain location, details, etc - she will persevere until she finds what you're looking for!As a person, Zugell is very professional, but also incredibly kind, personable, and loyal. You will never feel like "just another client" or dollar to be made with her, and you are not forgotten when her work with you is over. There is so much to be said about Zugell and her team - I'm probably forgetting a lot in this review. Bottom line, there is no one we trust and recommend more than Zugell and her team. You are in excellent hands with them and you won't regret it!!!
